By analysing this information, we guide our clients with the best options for their immigration needs. We may use this information for periodic updates about the programs from time to time, to send promotional messages about new programs and upcoming offers to the emails, phone numbers or the WhatsApp number provided while you visit our website. By entering the details on this website (assessment forms, subscribing for email updates and by filling out the contact us form to contact you) or in the social media information collection forms used in our advertisements, you agree and permit Can-America to forward and discuss your details with Agents and Associates for Student recruitment that the company is working with, licensed immigration professionals or lawyers or their employees who are working with both the companies (Can-America Immigration and Educus) to provide you with the suitable program for studies or admission to the colleges/universites that our associated companies work with or to provide immigration advise.

2) Web analytical services running on the website and online platforms using cookies

Therefore, before completing any forms or before contacting us for an enquiry, it is essential that you read the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the company listed on this website.  

By filling and submitting the online web forms, the client declares that the information contained in the forms and appended documents, if any, is complete and accurate, and the client will notify the representative of any change in answers given on the forms on the website before the submission of the application to the Immigration Department (IRCC), CANADA. The client also acknowledges that they have read the privacy policy and protection of personal information in this section. The client hereby acknowledges that by submitting the online web form to the company or the representative electronically, the client constitutes their consent to use the information to contact them by any mode of communication convenient for me (eg:-email, text message, WhatsApp message or by phone ) for providing information regarding the program that the client enquired about and no physical signature is required. The client also agrees that Can-America Immigration will make an initial assessment based on the limited information provided on the web form. The client further acknowledges that by sending the same to the company or the representative electronically, the client confirms that they or any of their family members don’t have any criminal records or medical conditions that make them inadmissible to Canada.

The company website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for external websites’ content. The company use social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram for marketing purpose, which are public and not hosted on our company servers. Kids Under Eighteen 

Persons under 18 years of age are excluded from using this website. We do not purposely collect any personal data from children under 18. Can-America Immigration may change the policies occasionally by updating our page; the client should visit this page to ensure that you agree with the policy changes or a change in the website. Can-America Immigration or Educus overseas consultants won’t be sending periodic information or emails to clients about the policy changes on this website; you are responsible for checking the changes on this website from time to time while you visit the site.

We use electronic documents and data storage in cloud-based servers based in Canada Only. All information and documentation reviewed by the company, which is required by IRCC and all other governing bodies, used for the admission or visa application preparation for the client will not be shared with any third party other than Agents and Associates for Student recruitment that the company is working with, or licensed immigration professionals/ lawyers their employees who are working with both the companies (Can-America Immigration and Educus) to provide the client with the suitable program for studies or admission to the colleges/universities that our associated companies work with or to provide immigration advice; without the prior consent of the client, except as demanded by law.  The company, and all agents and employees of the RCIC or the company, are also bound by the confidentiality requirements stipulated by the government. The client agrees to use electronic communication and store confidential information with the company data storage facility by communicating with us. The company will use its best to maintain high electronic communication and information storage security. 

Protection of personal information collected via assessment forms

The personal information submitted via the assessment forms or any form available on this website and in any documents that must be appended to it is required for guiding you with the immigration process and processing of your application for Immigration to Canada. The company would be using the data provided to help you with the immigration process as per the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations IRPR. The RCICs, employees or the company’s agents would act according to the professional code of conduct, Privacy Regulations and client file management regulation of the College of Immigration and Citizenship of Canada (CICC). Your personal information is confidential and may not be disclosed without your consent unless authorized by you or as required by the law.
